Develop: Executables have moved permanently

For anyone using the develop branch, as of now there are major changes about the executable scripts: composer.phar, worker.php, daemon.php and auth_ejabberd.php have been moved to the newly created bin/ folder A new CLI console has been created and can be accessed with bin/console or php bin/console.php.
